Pick a plan and get your boxes
Choose how many boxes you need. We ship empty, labeled boxes to your door — usually within 2 business days. Each box has a unique SKU so you can track it individually in your account.

Pack and schedule a pickup
Fill your boxes and log in to schedule a UPS or FedEx pickup from your address. Choose your carrier, confirm the rate, and we handle the rest. No drop-off trip required.

We receive and store your boxes
Your boxes arrive at our climate-controlled warehouse. We scan each one, log the inbound shipment, and notify you. Your storage subscription activates and billing begins.

Retrieve whenever you need
When you need something back, select the boxes in your account, pick a carrier, confirm the shipping rate, and pay. Your boxes ship to any address, usually in 2–3 business days.
