Shipping
- What carriers do you support?
We work with both UPS and FedEx. You choose your carrier at checkout and can set a preferred carrier in your account settings.
- How does pickup scheduling work?
After placing your order, you'll schedule a pickup from your account. We support UPS pickup scheduling and FedEx pickup or dropoff at your nearest location.
- How long does inbound shipping take?
Typically 2–5 business days depending on your location and selected carrier service. You'll get a tracking number via email as soon as the label is created.
Billing
- How is storage billed?
Storage is billed monthly starting when your first boxes arrive at the warehouse. Your rate is based on your plan tier. Billing is through Stripe — no surprises.
- Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your storage subscription anytime from the Billing page. Your boxes remain in storage until you retrieve them. See our Terms for the lien policy on abandoned boxes.
- What happens if my payment fails?
Stripe retries the charge twice. If payment still fails, a 14-day grace period begins. After the grace period your storage is paused — your boxes are still safe but you won't be able to retrieve until payment is updated.
Retrieval
- How does retrieval work?
Log into your account, select the boxes you want back, choose a carrier, confirm the shipping rate, and pay. We create the label and ship your boxes to your address.
- How long does retrieval take?
Outbound shipments typically take 2–3 business days via ground service. Expedited options are shown at checkout.
General
- What is the prohibited items policy?
We do not accept hazardous materials, food, liquids, certain high-value items, or other restricted goods. You must acknowledge the prohibited items list at checkout. See our full Prohibited Items page.
- What’s included in the price?
Everything you need to get started:
- Free boxes delivered to your door.
- Free pickup of your packed boxes.
- Secure storage in our CCTV-monitored facility.
- Automatic, recurring billing, no need to extend manually.
- Flexible cancellation, you’re in control.
- How does the storage subscription work?
- You’ll be automatically charged every two weeks per box until you request your items back.
- There’s no minimum term.
- Cancel whenever you no longer need storage.
Legal
- What happens to abandoned boxes?
After a grace period and multiple warnings, boxes not retrieved or paid for within 75 days of suspension may be considered abandoned under our storage lien policy. See our Terms of Service for full details.
